TRACKER: Jan - Dec 2003 in Spreadsheet

First Sept 2003 I-140 case Approval. Just got from rupnet.com.

ND: Sept 08, 2003
RFE: Oct 10, 2003
AD : Dec 10, 2003

Another Sept 2003 case got RFE on 10/23/03 and waiting for approval.

RFE replied: Nov 02, 2003 and still Pending


I can guess three things, why these September cases are getting processed earlier.

1. If any of the earlier filed case gets RFE for employer ability to pay, then all the cases from same Employer get RFE and some people are exterme lucky to get RFE within two three weeks. Once reply is received, they get their I-140 approval, with the approval of earlier filed cases.

OR

2. Before approving EAD and AP, the Officer reviews I-140 petition and sends RFE, if he/she feels that more documents are needed. Once the documents are received, then he/she approves EAD, AP and ALSO I-140.

OR

3. Your message board login name must start with 'a' like apg or abid.(I am kidding)


Just my guessing.

EAD, AP approved on 11/12/2003(REF for Color copies)

Wating for 140 approval.

How councellors follow these ND dates. ?

"apg"EB3 ND: Sept 08, 2003 is later than mine right ? :)
 
Notice Dates have no meaning with USCIS. They will NEVER EVER process according to Notice Date. I don't know. May be these two cases were filed in Sept 2002 and got their RFE, approval in Sept 2003. That is also possible with USCIS.
 
some case #'s

I have been following couple of cases for last 3-4 days to see what status they are in, so that it is helpful in knowing future cases..

Here are some random cases, and one update today is for July 30th case, there was an RFE on dec 19th, so something is moving around that date, no update for july 29th case..


LIN0323151239 - July 29 - I-140 - no update
LIN0323251220 - July 30 - I-140 - dec 19th RFE
LIN0323351295 - July 31 - I-140 - no update
LIN0323451222 - Aug 1 - I-140 - no update
 
thats true..

anyway, my intention was only to show something has happened regarding I-140 on dec 19th for a july ending case.. something is moving,,

Are you still thinking that cases till Aug 18th are out of shelf???
We don't even see any approval for August 1, 2003 Case.

I-140 approved on 11/3/03
I-485 approved on 12/09/03.

Going next week for passport stamping !!
 
As I140NSC haven't told us how he/she got the information, I have doubts about the credibility about what I140NSC is saying about all cases until AUG18th out of the shelves.

My Guessing is that Cobra123 may get I-140 approval before end of this year. (After Cobra123, I feel that Vvennam has the best chance)
