TRACKER: Jan - Dec 2003 in Spreadsheet

I found my I-131 status has changed to the following:

On November 28, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.
----- It means your AP is approved and sent to Lawyer who filed the AP application, you should contact the lawyer on December 3rd or 4th he may get in the mail. If AP was filed directly by you then AP will be mailed to your home address that you provided on AP application
Does it mean the I-131 has been approved?
-------YES
How long will it take in the shipping roughly?
4-8 days maximum

Spouse EAD/AP ? How long ?

ND: Sep 30,2003 - both of us.
EAD approved : Nov 10 ,2003 - for primary applicant
AP ( online message : approved/register): Nov 25 - still waiting for the letter

I am still waiting for my spouse EAD and AP , could you please share your experience ? How long does it take to get spouse approval ? I am still waiting for my I140 approval.

Looks like for few weeks there was no I-140 approval. What is going on in NSC???

140+485 question

Guys,
I would appreciate any input on this.
My H-1 expires April 2004, my LCA just got approved from Chicago and I'll be filing I-140+485 together soon. Does this mean that I can continue to stay here legally beyond April 2004? Is it true that if I get my EAD before that I can continue to work? And if not, I could stay here but not legally work?
