RD: 05/25/03 & ND : 05/27/03 same for all the application
140 waiting?
AP approved for my wife on 07/29/03

NO RFE's issued.

I hope this is the sign that NSC started to look at CP cases.

Status of I-140 CP filed in March'03

Hi Bhaskargara,

I know it is kind of difficult to wait so long for I-140. Did you contact BCIS regarding your case and what did they reply you.
Can you update your status with the BCIS answer.

Mine was filed in April and based on your answer I may change to
aos and file I-485.

Hi rams,

Still now i did't received my approval. Today i check with them...they are telling it will take 7 months to process such applications....
