Sorry for my delayed reply. I just saw your question.

PD is not written on the receipts I got from my attorney. When I asked him for PD he said it's the date when LC application initially received by SESA/INS, which is May 2002 in my case.

I still haven't received FP notice so I don't yet know what it has. I will definetly update my posting as soon as I receive FP notice....

I was wondering why these 140/485 forums for California are so *dead*. No one wants to post the status here. The DOL forum for California is much better.

semi concurrent

Guys,

Does anybody know how USCIS treats semi-concurrent and pure concurrent cases. My I140 is approved. waiting for 485. FP notice is may 2004, notice date is jan 15.

priority date is sep, 2001
I am bit worried about retrogresion, although it apears that it may not go back to my priority date.

Appreciate your help.

Does any one have any idea about this message. This is my friends case . Filed 140 and 485 in Sept-04 ( Might be in Pilot ). Current message for 485 is as follows

Address Change & LUD Changes

Recenetly I have updated CIS(12/8) with my new address. Since then my LUD's for 485 keep changing. Is this just because of Address change or something is going on ?? My 140 date changed once. EAD and Advance parole Dates also changed ( They were approved long back - Sept first week).

Does any one came accross this situation.

Mine is EB3 - Substite Labour - Pure Concurrent


485 - LUD's (Mine ) -- 8/5/04 (RD), 9/15 ( Finger Prints Update ),12/13 ,12/14, 12/17 & 12/20
140 - 8/5/04(RD),12/13 ??

Note : So far we haven't received Finger print notice for spouse. We have updated CIS on the same day as mine for change of address. No updates yet??

I-140 RD 4/13/2004 EB3 Concurrent approved on Dec 17, 2004

Hi friends,
I have received an email from USCIS that my I-140 RD 4/13/2004 was approved on 12/17/2004 and the approval notice is in the mail. There was no change in I-140 LUD since the notice date, even though the I - 485 LUD changed on 12/10/2004.

My I -485 is still pending. I had applied in EB3 category - Concurrent filing.

My I-485 has been approved on 12/20/04. I got email from USCIS today about my approval and papers will arrive in 14 days by mail.

Can someone let me know once I get the approval papers do I have to stamp I-551 in PP within couple of days or any kind of restrictions for that.

where did you get the priority date ? My LC RD is Feb2/1 ,2002, how long do u think I need to wait?

I believe PD is the RD of the LC. I am not sure how long we should wait. First all the applications before jan first, 2002 should be cleared. Then it will be our turn.

For my 140 ( Sub LC - EB3, RD - Aug First Week 2004 ) I got a query--
Credential evaluation , Employment Verification Letter , Last Thee Pay stubs & Last Three W-2 Forms.

I had LUD on March 3rd & March 7th.

I-140/I-485 approved.
Received the emails for me(primary) on March 11th and for my wife (derivative) today.
No sweat, just a bit of a wait.
