Tracker for Jan/Feb/Mar 04' concurrent cases

moonshiner, I appreciate your comments. If you have gotten your GC cleared, you are free NOT having to spend precious time on this forum. I'd rather spend my time helping people who need a hand. In my view this forum should not have existed, if a country has sound immigration systems. Is there a need for forums on driver license or social security card? If there is indeed one, I bet immigrationportal got much more traffic and members everyday. That's what I meant by freedom - free to explore the life you want. Can you go to school full-time now? Can you pursue a better job oppertunities now? Can you start your business or be self-employeed? so my final question to you is Do you have freedom in this country without GC?

As to life is short, I wonder who can tell me life is long enough so it does not matter you waste a little time here and there doing something you do not like. For example, having to work for the sucky employer just to get GC. That's a waste of time but you need to do that to trade for your freedom.

Well, I haven't seen Jan 2004 approvals except one I saw today.
Also, they are still working on Oct/Nov/Dec 2003 cases.
I think the flow of approvals or RFEs have slow down.
Even if CIS comes up with Feb 2004 as I-140 processing date, I would not count much on it.
But hey, I don't mean to discourage you :)

If ImmigrationWatch.com statistics of cases filed per month is correct, the uscis is processing approx 2500 cases every 15 days. The calculation leads me to believe that they will post date >= Feb 20. But who knows, it can also fly backwards. Keep fingers crossed guys.

No change in LUD yet?

Do these dates mean that they processing case after Jan 30 or around that?
 
2500 cases? CSC approves less than 200 I140 cases each month based on immigrationwatch. Now I feel my chance to get approval before end of the year improves to 50%.

None of them approved!

I just scan 18 I-140 case on feb 3,2004,
it's around 40% of all I-140 on that day.
All of them shows status "recevied"...
None of them has REF/approval notice.

I think the USCIC is not working on Feb 2004 cases now.
Not at all.

please refer following thread to get the java program:

first, you have to get all I-140 or I-485 numbers,
if you already have them, it would be easy.
I do not have them, so I have to scan every case from 0001 to 9999.
And the java program would give you all kind of cases results.
I just pickup I-140 and I-485 from within.

And rescan them....

Note:
1. you could only scan 200 cases per day unless you have good proxyserver.
2. normally, for single day, the I-140 case number is less than 100.

modify the JAVA SDK directory on scanner.bat
and input all cases you want to know into reports/demoinput.csv.
and there you go.

only 200 cases per day per IP address are allowed to be accessed

Sorry It was a mistake from my side, my Last update Date was Apr 13 2004, after that there is no change in my date .
