It looks like we Jan/Feb/Mar 04 concurrent filters are the ones who are forgotten by the CSC!! We are not qualified for pilot nor do we benefit from the recent processing.

I'd like to start a new thread to track our progress. CSC, wake up!!

04/Feb/2004, EB2, CSC, concurrent, pending

Some data in this time frame...

I agree with your assertion.
I did not see any Jan 04's - Mar04's cases been approved recently.

it looks like not much people filed on Nov 03 and Jan 04,
at least it's true in this forum.
I saw many people filed on Dec 03...
Maybe it is due to LC case amended back to state office at that time.

I do not see any approval on Nov 03.
Maybe we should combine them into this tracker.
like said "Nov 03 to Mar 04 tracker..."

Anyway, I hope the JIT could move quickly...
Then at least we could call/fax.

Here is some data..

unfortunately the forum does not allow me to change the thread name! We should keep each other updated should CSC did process any Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar cases. As I said in another thread, i saw one case filed in Dec 03 and got RFE recently.

any guess when Feb 04 cases will get touched??
My guess is Feb 05, one year from the filing date!

No further approval among Nov ,2003 showed up recently.
little Dec cases were processed.
So.... I'm not sure.
Maybe you are right, Feb 05.

And I got from other board in this website,
even we get green card on Feb 05,
we still have to work for sponsor for 6 months....
Or our citizen/GC renew will have problems.

So, Aug 05 is the best wishes...

New JIT to Dec 03

I saw new process time in CSC , moved to Dec 03 for EB2 or EB3.
Hard to believe it's true or not...
Not sure it's good or bad news.

However, if we could get new JIT updated to Feb/Mar 04,
(hope it's end of this Oct)

Let's bomb CSC with FAX/PHONE...

I'd literally pay them money for working faster!!
Almost got a heart attack when seeing the new JIT. askgc just got his approved. His is Nov 03' case. Very good sign for all of us.

oh now I move my Feb 05 forcast to Dec 04. IWantFree, AC21 allows you to change employment as long as I485 is pending 180 days, not to mention that you got your green card and you want to change employment. Life is short so don't worry about the 0.1% not getting your citizenship. There are more chance you do not want to live in the US than not to get your citizenship here.

Arent you a little too obsessed with this Green Card thingi? A Green Card is actually freedom? I dont think thats true. I do agree a green card does give you freedom to pursue any career in the US, but nothing beyond that.

I always wondered what you meant by
"life is short but GC is freedom. which one you pick?"

Care to elaborate?? I am sorry if I sound like I was trying to nitpick. That honestly was not my intention.

moonshiner:

Whorl1quote and I discussed the job restriction after getting green card.
It's said we all should work 6-12 month after GC approved.
Whorl1quote suggested GC is enough and job restriction might only cause 0.1% rejection rate for citizenship.
So, his point was clear.

I added mine to the list

The reason for fast processing

Hi, guys:

Everybody including me are superised and excited about JIT moved to Dec 2003. Lots of people feel weired about the super-fast process time.
I think I know why the CSC processed so fast recently.

Remember that last year in around Jul-Aug-Sep,2003,
lots of cases was remended back to state office,
that creates several months-vaccum.
And afte you got LC, you need around 1 month to prepare and file your case.

So, maybe from Aug 2003 - Jan 2004, we have fewer people filing their files.
Therefore, CSC got quick processing time due to this.

This could explain why cases in Nov 2003 are few.
And Jan 2004 are few due to X'mas and file preparation.

These are what I guess today.

Do you think this theory might be true?

got the following statistics from immigrationwatch:

I140--Immigrant Petition for Worker (California Service Center), filed on 02/10/04

Based on the processing record of the same type of cases in this center, statistics analysis shows:
Percent of cases filed around your case's filing date which have been approved:
2.0%

On average(50-50), your case may be approved around:
08/11/05

If you are lucky(75-25), your case may be approved around:
12/31/04
