I-140/I-485 approved

Here is My case for your reference:

CSC
EB2/LC through RIR
concurrent filing 140/485, RD: Jan.12
140 approved on Nov.2, 485 approved today.
RFE on 140 replied on Jun. about ability to pay.

not sure if this will help, but I filed my LC (RIR) in AZ in Jun. 2002. Good Luck!
 
140/485 CSC Got approved ( Semi Concurrent )

140 / 485 Approved. ( in California Service Center )
My 140 and 485 Got Approved today ( 05-Nov-2004 )
Case Details are as follows.
EB2
140 - 23-Feb-2004
485 - 05-Apr-2004

140 LUD changed on 04-NoV
485 LUD changed on 27-Oct , 04-Nov

My wife's 485 NOT yet approved.

My LC (RIR) too was filed in AZ, early July 02

I don't know if my I-485 will take time to approve, just because I submitted (much) later, June 15 '04.
 
wow, so nice to see cases in Jan/Feb are getting approval. In case you guys did not see the scan results I posted in another thread:

I scanned all I140 RDs in Feb 10, 2004

total cases: 48
RFE: 2
approved: 3

this is data as of Nov 8. I saw at least three cases' LUD changed to Nov 9 just now.

whorl1quote, how do you come to know LUD changes using the scanner?

EB3 concurrent (California Serivice Center)
140/485/765/131 RD 03/09/04
I 765 AD 05/03/04 (approved)
I 131 AD 04/30/04 (approved)

140 LUD (08/19/04 ,11/09/2004,11/10/2004) (pending)
485 LUD 10/27/04 (pending)

hateI140delay, I added all I140 RD Feb 10, 2004 cases to my online status profolio. There are only 48 of them. They touched four cases today (nov 9). One got RFE and one got withdrawn from the employer I guess. The other two's status did not change.
