That is good because they are working on your case and the chance of getting a decesion soon is very good.
 
timeline from name check clear to i-485 approval notice

I went to local infopass office this morning and was told all background checks (name check, fingerprint check, and IBIS) are clear. Any advise on the timeline that I’ll receive further approval/interview notice from NSC. Following are my info. Thank you for input.

NIW at NSC
I-140 RD:SEP/05; AD: OCT/05
I-485 RD: JUNE/07; BACKGROUND CLEAR: AUG/07

fellow members,

i received two emails at 12:30 PM on 9/24 with "Current Status: Card production ordered" for my spouse and myself. Below are my case details ... hope it helps at least one person in this forum.

Labor PD: Oct 2001, EB3, India, RIR, Washington DC
I-140: Applied Feb 2006 and Approved Feb 2006 (yes ... it was 12 working days)
I-485/765/131: RD 06/27/2007, ND 07/24 --- Nebraska Service Center
FP done: 08/30
765 (EAD) approval date: 09/24/2007.
waiting for GC now.

I-485 - RD 06/22 ,ND - 07/18
I-765 - AD 09/24 -- for both
 
i just got my EAD approved.
RD June/14

So, my wife got her approved early morning and mine approved in the evening.

EAD approved, Card Production Ordered

My EAD got approved as well - got Card Production message today! Family's was approved at the end of last week. NSC has really moved fast on the EAD approvals; hope they do the same on 131 and 485 approvals as well!!

Can any one tell me why change in I-485 dates prior to I-131/I-765.
Does it mean good news or bad news?
Anyone wanna comment on my situation ?

Just now i have received email from CRIS that EAD "approval notice sent". On 9/21 i have received that the card production ordered.

Am i going to get one more email that my Card has been delivered?

Nope.. You are not going to get any more emails...
 
Spouse EAD

Spouse got Card Production Ordered email on EAD. My status on EAD changed to approval notice sent (last Friday it was card production ordered).
 
EAD approved for me and my wife

I got three emails for me and three emails for my wife mentioning 'Card Productoin Ordered' at 5:30p.m PST <all at the same time>.
And it says that it takes 30days to get the card in hand. Is it true? Any idea?

I applied by my self not through the lawyer. I live in Cleveland,OH.
My RD is June 4th for EAD. It was approved and card sent on 9/11. the notice was sent on 9/13. But still they were not received. I don't know what is going on at NSC. I called NSC on monday. They said I have to wait till 30 days. Their response was not satisfied.What a bad luck? Any input please?

EAD document Mailed E-Mail recieved yesterday.

Got LUD's on AP (No Message changes) today
GOT LUD's on EAD again after Document Mailed today. (Have any body noticed LUD after recieving the Document mailed LUD? No Message update though)

Hello,

I got EAD "Card ordered" e-mail on 9/20 (LUD 1):D
Then next day got same "Card Ordered" e-mail again. 9/21 (LUD2):confused:

On 9/24, I got email "Approval Notice sent". (LUD3):D
today 9/25, I got email again "Approval Notice sent" (LUD4):confused:

I got 4 LUDs for EAD. Is it normal?
I know as long as I get approval, this repeated LUD shouldn't matter, but I am just curious if anybody getting like me.

Please let me know if any of you got LUD like me.

Yeah it is normal. But i got 2 'Card Production ORdered' emails on the say day.
And 2 'Approval Notice Sent' on the same day & time.

they might have scheduled the EMAIL JOB twice.
 
LUD changed on 485!!!!

I just posted regarding 4 LUDs on my approved EAD.


Surprisingly LUD just changed for I-485 case!!!:D :D
I hope this is good sign.

I don't want to keep my hope too high, but I cannot avoid to do that.
Keep finger crossed.
