Let's make sure we continue to use the 2003/04 trackers, a lot of effort has gone in to create them.

This thread is just to analyze the effect of Fujie memo and not an alternative to the main tracker. Remember we want to have the data in the main tracker to make an educated prediction.

Exacly!! This tracker is ONLY for Concurrent filers w/ FP Notice complete and filed before Aug 2003.

Apparently, we belong to the 'Lucky' group that is going to get GC in a few weeks!!

I don't know about "We", as I am a "Catch-up" concurrent filer with 140 approved, so I guess I have to wait in the general Q.
 
Actually, on second thoughts, why can't we track this information in the main tracker? We have the information that identifies a concurrent filer, then there's information about 140, FP etc. We can very well track this information in the 2003 consolidated tracker, let's use that to update. My fear is the process will fall out of place, and the very reason of consolidating everything from differrent tracker threads will be lost. It is better that all the info is in one place, so we can guesstimate the approvals better.

Brigand, if you want to analyze the data from the tracker and post the results in this thread, you are welcome, but don't create a separate tracker.

There seems to be only a handful of cases w/ that fit the desc. I thought there might be a lot more!!?

Look like concurrent adjudicators will have a tiny workload.
What will they do after they are done with Brigand, gc80, gc11111 and charleydol? Thank Fujie for giving them a break?

I want you to keep us posted regularly. I single you out since, you are one of the few people that I know of, who has a 140/485 RD prior to Aug 29,2003, i.e. the current processing date as of May 5,2004. Also your FP has finished. So you fit the criteria for 140/485 concurrent processing. Your case should be in the JIT queue. Have you created a profile on USCIS website and checked if your case was updatedin the past few days?

Agreed -- why don't we just flag the "special" cases in the tracker by using a gray background or something?
