There is no general rule!!!
I have seen people getting Plastic even after 3 weeks of approval

At the time of stamping they said up to 1 year wait. I expect 6-9 months.

There is a lot of variation, looks like people who got approved before June had to wait for 5-6 months and some people who got approved in Oct got as early as 1 month

Maybe city matters!!!

Looks like state matters not city, so from OH it would take 11-16weeks

Plastic people r not updat'g on Rupn't

After approval people do not update Rupnet for Plastic

If u see Jan 02 approvals for NSC, u can see people had their approval even in March 03 but there are no plastic card updates

BTW,
U can get ur plastic ordered within 2 weeks of stamping

Just INS has Ordered his card [to some company i guess]
That compnay will take its own time, I guess
