Finally got receipt numbers by calling USCIS. My application was reached on July 2nd at 11.34 am to Nebraska.
Checks have not been cashed yet. My I-140 was approved on 6/27/07 through NSC. No LUD on my I-140. Filed EAD and AP to my wife and got receipt numbers too.
By the way my application was signed by B GERKENSMAYER

We received AP approval notices couple of days back though online case status still shows case pending.

We went for Infopass last week for my wife for some questions relating to FP, and when we asked about NC, were told that "Everything is clear" for her. Not sure if I believe this but that is what we were told. We did not enquire about my case (I am the primary). THere have been NO updates. So I presume NC is not yet clear for me. Besides, I know that it is too early to know anything about NC. But, I just do not get a warm and fuzzy feeling that I will not be stuck in NC! Once again, just have to wait (..and wait...and wait...and wait) patiently and see.
