Track folks who applied in last week of June

I-765 EAD Card production ordered

Just recd. an email from CRIS saying Card Production Ordered.
Also recd. the same for spouse.
 
Mailed I/485 on 6/28 but notice says receive on 912

I sent derivative's I/485 package on 6/28. I have not received the hard copies of notices but got FP notice for 10/11 which has I/485 details. I checked it on USCIS site and found that it was received on Sept. 12. Also the primary's I/485, I/131 and I/765 is with TSC and I/140 was approved by TSC. The derivative's I/485 notice is from NSC. Is it common? Anyone has any info on this? Thanks
 
Today i got EAD card production ordered email from CRIS


I have received an email from CRIS stating the I765 card production has been ordered (for my wife). And there is an LUD on my 765 on 9/28
Details
PD 2/15/07, EB2
I-140 AD 6/27/07
I 485 RD 7/2/07, ND 8/5/07
FP NOTICIE: 10/4/07
EAD applied for my wife
Her FP notice 10/4/07
EAD APPROVAL 8/28/07

I am in the same boat.

Same RD, SC and LUD date. Still waiting AP.
 
nothing new so far

got LUD on my I-129 on monday, but besides that no news. my PD is not current, so all I can do is wait.

What after FP?

I140 filed in march 2006.
upgraded to PP in Nov 2006.
Filed 485 end of June.
Received EAD in Oct.
FP 1st week of Nov.

I140 still pending. under security check.

Is there a chance to just receive GC in mail :eek: I guess I am getting over excited :D

How did you figure out that your I-140 is under Security Check? Did your employer or lawyer check with USCIS? Or can you enquire directly?
