Track folks who applied in last week of June

Hi,
My attorney said my application was sent out on June 8th. So hopefully NSC would have rcvd it on 11th or 12th. Today I called 800 375 5283, they said my name is not yet entered in the system. Why should it take so much time?
Since our company is paying for us to get the check info from the accounts dept is a big task as my company is a huge one.

What should I do to know if we are in or on pending list? Or can we assume that whoever filed before June last week is safe?

Same Boat.

My I-140/I485, were filed concurrently; Received in NSC on 6/15/2007 as of today, no receipt notice has been received. here also, I don't know if I am In or Out...

Hi Guys,

Please take the latest list when you enter your information. Couple of days back I have entered my information. But someone took an old list and hence I am forced to re-enter my information again.

Also I have a doubt that only small group of people are entering information. Otherwise if this is the actual list it should not take that long for USCIS to send receipt notices

I have called the customer service today and talked with IO, I asked her to check if my application is in the system yet. She checked under my name and date of birth, but she could not find my information in the system yet, she said wait until mid of August and call again!!

I checked Bank account and noticed that USCIS has collected money for all forms for my whole family on 07/17/2007. Based on the receipt # on the back side of the checks, I found that they mentioned as they received all forms on July 16th eventhough it has been delivered on June 18th at TSC

I have also added information for Brs330 in the list per request

If smb got Receipt# by phone ?

If anyone (who applied in the last week of June) tried to call (800) 375-5283 to find out the Receipt Number?

I found that they encash checks 5-7 days after the Notice Date, much later than Receipt is generated.

If my assumption is right June 20th-25th filers can be already in the system and have Recept Numbers.

I am going to call myself in a couple of days.

Congrats, Your timing proves my assumption in the previous post of this thread that people who filed on June 20th-25th must be in the system and have Receipt Numbers, although the checks are not encashed.

Got receipt numbers ...

I called USCIS customer service today and got receipt numbers. The receipt numbers were mailed on July 13th. The online status shows the last updated is 07/18.
