Tourist to AOS using 30/60 day rule

Is this plan feasible?
My wife and I, and 3 kids will apply for B2 visas saying that we are travelling to Disneyworld and a few other destinations.
We will travel to the USA in December, where my wife will secure a registered nurse job.
After 60 days have elapsed since POE, we will apply for AOS. RN's do not require labor certification.
Is this possible?
Anything to do to not raise any red flags?
Can we sell our house prior to travelling to the US?
Can we resign our jobs prior to travelling to the US?

Regards

So you're going to fraudulently apply for a visa. Congratulations!

Ummmmm..... don't lie when you go to the consulate? You do realize that waiting 60 days after entry isn't a "safe harbor", and if USCIS suspects (correctly, in this case) that you lied to get in, they will start digging and asking all sorts of interesting questions.

That's a great way to get your visa denied, and if USCIS investigates your I-485 that'll be clear evidence of visa fraud.

Why don't you concentrate on getting H1-B. You must have friends in USA(otherwise why would you pack and leave to unknown). Ask them to help your wife secure RN job, while she is abroad. Then she will get H1-B, you will get H4, and there will be no reason to hide your intensions to immigrate...

Thanks for the advice!
I did not realise it was such a bad idea.
I think we will definitely go the consular processing route, as we do not want to risk everything.
