i own a uk business with permanent premises and multiple staff. I have 6 figures in the bank and lots of ties to the uk.
I am taking a year off from work and would like to spend as much of that year as possible in the USA with a girlfriend.
What's the best approach to maximize time in the country at a comfortable level of risk of refusal? Is 3 months on then 3 months off, x2, risky or conservative? I understand withholding the romance may help?
I have no intentions of staying in the U.S. long term as my work is not relocatable.
