Why didn't he say anything regarding the compensation for the cost of mailing the forms to KCC ?

Btw, the translation is ehm, not so good. I just looked at their fb page. They say - "Thanks Armande for organizing this and for translating" . So if it was really that woman, who claims to have spent 10 years in the US, and she still doesn't know english properly ? Omg.
 
Imma be honest with you, have you been to Miami, or El paso Texas? There you will meet citizens who can't speak English. In fact, if you can speak English and Spanish, you are more likely to be employed.

Still doesn't justify her sense of entitlement. If she claims to be so worthy, then could've at least learned proper english during 10 years of being there, before going to complain on tv channels. Now It's just hilarious.
 
is the hearing going to be broadcast live on CNN or some other big network TV? what time is hearing and what is location of hearing?
 
@tn DV2012 the judgement wont be telecast or broadcast but info will be on NET.Venue for the hearing washington DC,time 10am.Goodluck to everybody.
 
@odikro not those who received the emails are the new winners.Actually the emails were sent to inform all the qualified entries received by DOS about the cancellation of the results and also about another redrawer selection to be done and which has been done.
 
The email was sent to only those who checked the web site between May 1st to 7th May. See below:

U.S. Department of State: Consular Affairs
We sent an e-mail to all who had checked for their results prior to the invalidation. The e-mail contained the confirmation number. The idea was that we were concerned that people had checked their results, saw they had not "won" and may have thrown away their number. If you have since lost your confirmation number we won't be able to assist you.
