This sound like a Nigerian scam, because they tend to inject personal sorrowful story, just like this poster. I don't think USCIS killed ur spouse, sorry....ur own ignorance of the immigration law is what caused his demise. The US immigration law is simple and doesn't need websites which offer people free iphones for registering with a bogus website.

Greencard is not free, you work for it by registering with the State Dept official website devoted to the diversity lottery, not something which is run by evil-minded characters....

Fair-minded forum members, please read this above report(PDF) from the GAO. It is a very long read, but some of us who consume information like nuts, it is a good document to know who is screwing who for the lottery greencard. Nigeria, Ethipia and Bangladesh had the most sordid stories I've read in a decade...
