I heard San Diego is one of the efficient and easiest DOs for processing green card. I wish I applied thru yr DO:rolleyes:

Thanks for your reply. I'm thinking about it when the interview comes. Don't how many months of the statements should I bring to. So many documents.

1) okay usually everywhere they ask for the last 3 months, if you get paid 2 times, then you should have the last recent 6 paychecks.
2) call IRS and get the last 3 years Transcript( 2006, 2005, 2004).
one bank statement is more than enough if it has your name and your wife's name, or 2 bank statements if you have 2 banks together.
3) one insurance doc that has both of your names.
4) marriage license.
5) photos(both of you with each of your families), at least 2

:)

Yes, I have heard that. Even though I live here now, we resided in Dallas at the time I applied for my GC (studying there). I must say that the DORA process there was great ---- 50 something days to approval.

That being said, for a DO using regular procedures, San Diego is one of the best.

Hawaii is pretty fast too! ;)

What nonsense! No magic site is needed. USCIS.gov would have done the trick. Read the regulations in the first place and you wouldn't need bogus sites.

Its not a bogus site, its just easier to read and follow than the gov one and if you noticed, my post was about keeping up to date on regs even after you get your temp card while you wait for your final interview. Lack of knowledge cost my husband his status and the stress contributed to his death, so don't make assumptions, pay attention to what you are reading. I dont want this person to go through the hell I went through.

it is my signature, it is there by default, it is another well recognized immigration forum where I contribute... I do not get anything from supposedly advertising...

You on the other hand.... why do you not link directly to the site? like this: http://myusai.com/

why do you use a referal system? src=71? is that you member number id? you get something from each time someone visits the site using your link?

Also, any site that promotes "marrying an american for the sake of a green card" and people actually post "personal ads" shows how low life scum site it is...

Also, a respectable site would not use advertising such as "free iphone if you register" to get members to join... or supposedly sign you up "free" for the DV Lottery.

Finally, I am so glad you are getting a cut from this site that so proudly has been "serving" immigrants since... errr... 2007?

Keep your spam and site to yourself.

Lets keep it real, shall we? I joined up with this site because of the extreme loss (my husbands life) due to not knowing about immigration regs, even tho I thought I was doing the right thing. For the priviledge of joining the site I get paid minimum wage for 15 hours a week. I make a hell of alot more on my day job and could make a hell of a lot more getting a regular part time job. My goal was to get people to pay attention and read up on regs so they wouldnt end up like my late husband and myself. When my husband was alive, I read the gove site and couldnt understand half of it. This site is much better.
As far as promoting marriage for immigration purposes, yet again you failed to read and pay attention. This is an online dating service like many that are out there. It clearly states: "The U.S. government will not condone scam marriages or marriages arranged only to get a green card. But as long as a couple can show that their marriage is legitimate, that they have a bona-fide relationship pre-dating their marriage and that they plan to live together and stay married, there should be no problem with immigration." There is nothing wrong with meeting someone, falling in love and getting married.
As far as your own site, dont pretend that you dont either own it or get anything out of it with all those pay per click ads. At least my intentions are pure and my compensation is so low that only someone with a passion would bother. The source code is just to show that I'm working. Tell us, Immigration Advisor, How much do YOU make from your site and don't lie. I notice that you don't include this site in your signature on the page that you advertise.
I've got the guts to be honest, do you????????????????????????????????

Lola...cut the crap...

For someone who puts up a link to his own site on every post, I do believe that you are the one who is advertising. I'm just trying to keep someone from ending up like I did. Whats your story?

Lolo..

This sound like a Nigerian scam, because they tend to inject personal sorrowful story, just like this poster. I don't think USCIS killed ur spouse, sorry....ur own ignorance of the immigration law is what caused his demise. The US immigration law is simple and doesn't need websites which offer people free iphones for registering with a bogus website. Greencard is not free, you work for it by registering with the State Dept official website devoted to the diversity lottery, not something which is run by evil-minded characters....

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1749.html

None of us have sorrowful stories while touting bogus websites, which has a legitimate shot of stealing people's identities and email address to spam them to the roof...cut this bull... I wonder why you personalize nonsense found in this website, I looked at it and I can summice that it is hosted somewhere people are waiting for personal information to sell it and assume it in some over populated country...:

You are warned... unless you stop this crap, I might take further actions as a responsible citizen. Innocent people suffer throughout the world because of websites such as the one you are promoting on this forum. Unless you think I am playing, any further promotion of this website will bring your chariot of rodents to a halt...:(

Fair-minded forum members, please read this above report(PDF) from the GAO. It is a very long read, but some of us who consume information like nuts, it is a good document to know who is screwing who for the lottery greencard. Nigeria, Ethipia and Bangladesh had the most sordid stories I've read in a decade......

You have some nerve to take MY LOSS and act like I'm some scam artist. Go ahead and take whatever actions you want babe, I can prove my marriage and my husbands death. I don't know what makes you so suspicious of others motives and the fact that I'm warning people about what happened doesnt mean I'm out to scam anyone. DONT EVER MAKE FUN OF SOMEONE WHO HAS LOST THEIR OTHER HALF! I am born and raised in this country, so please, contact who you like, have me investigated then come back to THIS forum and tell everyone how wrong you were and apologize for being an insensive piece of slime. IF I could see you in person, I'd slap you back to wherever you come from. I can't believe you'd be so insensitive, SHAME ON YOU!

You are one sad mugu... (www.scamorama.com)

Your posts have the "419" speech (manner and syntax) written all over it. And so does the website you link to.

As others have pointed out, there is a lot bogus about that website. I am sorry about your husband. But if you had read the official materials, you would not have made mistakes.

Also, there is NO such thing as a temporary card. Additionally, I don't know what final interview you are talking about after a temporary GC. These terms are simply not correct. There is such a thing as a conditional permanent resident card, but it is not temporary - the status continues when the person applies for removal of conditions. The person may/may not have an interview for removal of conditions - most often not. Again, if you read the official materials you would know all this.

BTW, don't you think it's rather ironic telling me to not "make assumptions [and] pay attention to what you are reading." I wasn't the one who lost my status!

U a coward...

You have some nerve to take MY LOSS and act like I'm some scam artist. Go ahead and take whatever actions you want babe, I can prove my marriage and my husbands death. Nutty Lola...the lunatic,

I don't care where you were born, for all we know, u are a scam artist posing as a person with good intentions. Even if you were born on top of Lincoln's grave, it doesn't immune you from being wrong and a sorrowful act... USCIS killing an immigrant is the first one for me, and wonder about you forum members...:D Anyone ever heard of such a feat?

If you read my post, can you kindly point out where I made fun of your loss, if such a loss even occured. Since you lost someone, please attach the death certificate in your next post, so that I can apologize before all forum members...:( Even if it was doctored in Lagos... but some 419 assface... We know that any investigation will lead us to the internet cafes in the slums of Lagos, which is where ur buddies are located... :o

All of us are going to die someday, who made the death more important than the living? Not me, I still have my mind and soul...but the death don't, so is the same thing with your so-called husband. For the final time idiot, your website if fake, os is your lame story. period....

You can come and meet me here to slap me. Here is my address and I work here:
