Today I got the 4 emails for our 485 approvals...What a big relief.!!!


Receipt Number: EAC0316251***

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On September 24, 2004, an approval notice
was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this
notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your
address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

My wife's case is also approved . For kids LUD changed to 9/24/2004 but no change in the message and no emails yet.

This is a great community and I'm really thankful to many of the wonderful folks likes Jharkhandi,Joyd, Brigand and many more.

Good you caught the first wave. The first wave is slowly moving out of April ( or can we expect another week or two ) so that some of us get approved. If we miss this wave then it would be second wave which is currently centered around Nov/Dec 2002. The third wave is anywhere between Jan 2002 to Nov 2002.

Few questions : Last month I changed my job and now I got approval ,didn't informed to USCIS.Do I need to inform them now or at the time of stamping or do not inform at all,just go and get it stamped? If I need to inform them what docs do I need to carry ?
The new job has the same title , Salary= LC salary+8k.

Any help ?

Strange

Tempo, My EAC # are same as yours. All are EAC0316251***. But RD is 4/24 and N is 05/06. By the way I did my FP1 in March 2004 and FP2 is scheduled on 10/08 but preponed it to 09/25 as I am going to India on Oct 7th.

Last but most importantly, CONGRATULATIONS.

For me 1st LUD on 3/18 after my FP ,then after 5/6 ,8/19,9/24.
For my wife LUD 1st time on 8/19 after her FP on 3/18.
For kids LUD keep changing from 9/21 but not yet approved.
