I guess the million dollar question is: if you have an RTD and GG in hand, do you still need a Visa. For the love of God, I was not able to get a straight answer from the Mexican Consulate on this issue and it doesn’t look like I ever will! Oh well.

What about with GC only, or GC + RP ( no NP ) - Can you go to Mexico inland, not the Mexican border towns, with visa-free ?
