Today I get response on my letter it says

Your medical forms have been received, and processing is expected to
continue with your case. Thank you.

And nothing else.

I m confused, They didn't tell me if my namecheck passed or how long does it take to process my case.

They answered my e-mail today:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently improved the reporting procedure for processing times of immigration benefit applications located at the USCIS website: www.uscis.gov. This improved reporting procedure is an effort to give our customers more accurate information that better reflects current processing time and USCIS customer service level commitments. Presently, the Texas Service Center is processing all I-485 applications based on the grant of asylum more than one year ago with a receipt notice date of September 9, 2003 or earlier. Your I-485 application will be adjudicated in the order it was received.

your fingerprints are expired, and you must be rescheduled for fingerprints before processing of your case may continue. Once you have been scheduled for fingerprints, you will be sent a notification of the date, time, and place of your fingerprints appointment. Thank you.

And by the way, during those ten days i have send two more e-mails. What do you guys think, wouldn't they get mad ot me now?

When was the last time you did the Bio? And was this a reply to your email or did you write them a letter? If it was email, did you send it to NSCLawsuit.Asylum@dhs.gov? Did your LUD change since they sent you this reply?

I don't think they will get mad, but hold on a little bit longer. If the people who read the emails/letters have any power to get you file/case opened for approval, you don't want to upset them too much. I tried to be very polite and appreciative in my emails in hope of making the IO who reads it feel "sorry" for me and do something about my case.

Now that they gave you an answer just wait for a BIO appointment letter or go to the fingerprint center in your area and ask them if you can retake the BIO (or call the 800 number and tell them about the reply you got and ask for if it's possible to get an appointment letter. Good luck!

bio taken more than 2 years ago, yes it was e-mail to this address, LUD didn't change since (1 day).
They say i have to wait to appointment they schedule, so i can't do it myself.

I am sure you guys saw my other theread, but I just wanted to update this thread by saying that I got the approval email today!!!! It seems like emailing them really worked! I am so thankful!

How many e-mails did you get from them?
I've heard they sending like 10 approval e-mails to make sure that petitioner is overhappened 10 times more than suppose to be. I guess they trying to kill petitioners by happiness.

I got 3! Although I knew they were the exact emails, I read them all just out of happiness! They can send me 10 if they want! I don't mind reading these kind of emails!!!
