TNer with US citizen wife, travel plan

Hi, I am a Canadian on TN visa, wife is dual citizen of US and Canada. Now consider file i-130 to apply for green card soon. But I plan to travel to Europe in April. Could this be a problem?
 
File your I-130 after you come back from Europe. I-130 demonstrates immigrant intent which could be a problem while entering on TN status.
 
Agreed. If you are already living in US with your wife, you were lucky to get TN and keep it in the first place. Marriage to a US citizen who is living in the US is automatically considered immigrant intent -- with or without filing I-130 -- so tread lightly.
