TN while on Green Card Process

Hello,

I was on TN for three years. My company switched me to H1B status last year, perm approved, then applied for I-140 and still pending. Is it possible to accept another part-time job with another company on TN status? Thanks
 
You cannot have H1 and TN jobs at same time. It has nothing to do with GC process. You can get anothr H1, or you can 'downgrade' your current job to TN and then get second TN for the new job. If you do the latter, you will need to switch to EAD for both jobs as soon as you file I-485.

So, practically, you cannot get another non-H1 job until you get EAD.
 
While you are already on H1, why you didn't file 140/485 together?

If the issue is not being current I guess do it and apply with EAD/AP and then you can have both jobs.
