Hi,

I have a Bachelor of Technology degree from McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada). The degree is called Process Automation, which contains a lot of electrical engineering courses. I have also been holding an EIT status (in Electrical Engineering) with PEO (Professional Engineers of Ontario) for 5 years. I have +5 years of industry experience as a field service engineer in Canada. recently got an offer for an internal transfer within the company for their location in Florida as a senior field engineer. For getting a TN visa under the NAFTA title of 'Engineer', is there going to be a problem with my degree?

Try L visa...that gives you shot at GC.
