Hi im a canadian citizen and received my TN in 2006 for employment. I then got married in 2007 to a US citizen but never applied for a green card because i needed to be able to cross the border frequently. I now want to apply for a green card but we may be filing for a divorce, so is it possible to still get a green card?
Not sure when the divorce will take place but we would be filing the paper work for green card before we get divorced. My concern is will this effect the process if we decide to get a divorce in say 6 months time ?

Even if the GC were to be granted, it would be conditional. Divorce days/weeks/months after GC would have you kicked out of US so fast...

If you already know you will get divorced, you shouldn't be trying to get a GC based on marriage. If they suspect you of immigration fraud of this type, you can forget ever getting a green card.

If you had applied for it right away when you got married, you probably would have already removed the conditions and would have been perfectly fine. That of course is no longer the case...
