TN visa status (Admission date issue with CBP App).

Hello everyone, I am looking for advise on what I can do regarding my current situation, here is a little bit of background.

I applied for TN in March 2025, it was approved with validity extending to Feb 2028 (3 years), I have been in and out about twice back to Canada and now in US working.

I checked the get TN on the app when this was approved back in late March 2025 and I saw the updated TN with admission till Feb 2028, I have a snip on both the website and the App.

I checked the App again today for some reason and I found that the most recent TN validity is showing the older one which has a admission until July 7 2026.

July 7, 2026, is old TN validity timeline and I got another one like I said earlier this year because I changed employer and was approved.

What could have happened and what can I do to rectify this as I do not have any plans to travel to Canada till Sept 2025.
 
Ask the officer to rectify/clarify it when you travel to Canada in Sept 2025 (or anytime before July 7, 2026).

It looks like your TN status is still valid until February 2028, and the app is likely showing outdated information. The official proof is your March 2025 approval notice, so keep a copy of that. There is no issue as long as you have that document, and your TN is valid until February 2028. You do not need to worry until you travel; just carry the approval notice with you. If you want extra assurance, you can contact USCIS or CBP to confirm your current TN validity, but this seems to be just a display or syncing issue with the app.
 
Your legal status is from your I-94. The approval notice does little, unless an I-94 was attached.
