TN Visa - Spouse not Canadian

hello - i am a canadian citizen and would like to move to the US on TN. my wife, however, holds Indian passport and currently is not even a permanent resident (we just got married) in Canada. Can anyone advise on what visa, if any, she can get in the US if I move to the US on TN visa?

TD for spouse

ur spouse can come to US on TD visa if at all ur on TN status in US.
For TD it doesnt matter weather u have PR from canada or citizen of any country.
She can get stamped for TD visa in US consulate( india)
