TN VISA HOLDER go to canada without 485 receipt?

I send my 485,765,AP application package to USCIS on 7/2, but so far haven't get receipt yet. Cash not cashed. If I called USCIS today, and they cann't find my name in system, Am I safe to go to Canada, and come back without problem with my TN?

I wouldn't. You run the risk of having your I-485 abandoned and being denied re-entry.

How does TN status and H1B status makes difference?

I mean, in other post, you suggested people with valid H1 to travel before receiving receipt then why not on TN?

TN does not permit dual intent, whereas H-1B does. Therefore, I would not travel with a valid TN when I-485 is pending. Moreover a pending AP will become void while travelling abroad.
