TN visa for Sofware Engineer role with B.tech degree

Hi

I have a Bachelor of Technology degree from Amrita School of Engineering (India) in Information technology . I have got offer from US for Software engineer role.

Can i apply TN visa under Engineer or CSA.

Having B.tech degree will deny the TN visa approval?

Need some inputs?

Once your degree is evaluated as equivalent to a US bachelor's degree, your will them have to make the case that your course load matches up with either engineer or, more likely CSA.

Yes i have WES evaluated hope that should be sufficient.?

I do have software engineering course in my Transcript. Will that match to Engineer category? to apply.
 
One engineering course will probably not suffice. You should focus on CSA aspects of the job.
