TN Visa for Canadian to Work in Mexico

I need to get TN Visa to Work in Mexico. Has any Canadian done this? What documents are needed to get Mexican TN visa? Is the Mexican TN visa issued at POE or Mexican Embassy? What Mexican embassy in Canada does this?

Another question about tax. Does Mexico and Canada has any double taxation treaty?
