TN Visa eligibility for a QA Director

Hi All,

I am Director of QA working for a US based company in Canada.

1. Am I eligible to get a TN visa ?
2. I am already working for US company, can I still apply for the TN Visa?

You might be eligible, if you have degree, but "Director of QA" itself is not a sufficient job description, and may be more of a managerial position, which is not eligible. You would need to give more details.

You may be better to consider an "L" status, as an intra-company transferee.
