I went to Rainbow Bridge when I got an offer from a staffing agency. I was asked to bring the proof of the relationship with the end client and sent back. I got a letter from the end client stating that I would be working at the client site. I went again with this client letter. I was denied. They told me to bring all the contract from the end client to system integrator. System integrator to staffing agency and staffing agency to me. I am not sure if I can bring those. Has any one faced a similar issue and had got a TN?
They have taken finger prints and photo. Does this mean that it will hamper my any future travel and TN application with other employers?
