Please be advised that our US office ( Ltd. located in Tyler, WV) wishes to obtain a temporary work permit for Mr. a full time employee in the position of Computer Systems Analyst from August 28th 2023 to August 27th 2026 under the United States-Mexico-Canada trade Agreement (USMCA). His expected start date of employment with Limited is August 28th 2023. Please note that as a Computer Systems Analyst and a Canadian citizen, Mr. is eligible to obtain TN work permit under USMCA and we are seeking the same for him.

The Applicant:
Mr. qualifies for the offered position under the Computer Systems Analyst classification as set forth under Chapter 16, Appendix 2 of the USMCA as he is a Canadian citizen holding a Baccalaureate or Licentiate Degree & or Post-Secondary Diploma or Post-Secondary Certificate and three years’ experience.
Mr. qualifies for TN-1 status for the position of Computer Systems Analyst as he has earned the following-
Education:
Master of Science in Management Information Systems-University of New Mexico, United States (2000-2003)
Bachelor of Engineering in R Engineering-X University, X, Y (1990-1994)

The United States of America Assignment
X Ltd requires the Computer Systems Analyst services of Mr. to work from Argyle, SC-00000.
In this regard, as part his responsibilities, Mr. will be performing the following Computer Systems Analyst tasks.
SAP S/4 HANA overall Delivery and evaluates solutions & recommendations.
In this regard, Mr. is needed to provide services as a Lead Consultant- US. His company title is different as per company hierarchy than USCMA title Computer Systems Analyst, but his job duties correspond to that of a Computer Systems Analyst.
To perform the above duties and responsibilities, one must have education, experience and knowledge as a Computer Systems Analyst and Mr. possesses the required education, experience, expertise, and technical skills.
Mr. will be compensated at a rate 000.00 Per annum which will be paid in accordance with the company’s bi-weekly payroll schedule while serving in this temporary position as a full-time employee.
Mr. will be reporting to X, Principal - Enterprise Applications, Limited. His salary will be paid by X Ltd. (U.S.A) during his work assignment in The United States of America.
Conclusion
We submit that Mr. satisfies the requirements of a Computer Systems Analyst pursuant to the USMCA TN criteria listed in Chapter 16 Appendix 2 of the United States-Mexico-Canada trade Agreement.
