TN renewal by mail-how to e-file I-129 form?

I have prepared I-129 form and all the relative support materials to apply for TN renew. How can the company e-file the I-129 form online? what the website is it?

Could I just send all my support documents (offer letter, transcripts, diplomas with I-129 form together send by mail?

Do I really need e-file I-129 online? if yes, which website?

E-filing of i-129 to USCIS would best be started at uscis.gov.

If there is additional paperwork to submit (there always is), the e-filing process will instruct you on exactly how to do this.

Mailing in I-129 is also an option.

Another question, Part 4-8, if you indicated you were filing a new petition in Part 2, within the past seven years has any person in this petition:
a. Ever been given the classifcation you are now requestiong,
b. Ever been denied the classifcation you are now requestiong

I choose continuation... (b), not new employment (a) in Part 2, so what I should answer this qustion? keep it blank or choose NO. I feel this question sounds do not relative to me...

Just wonder, if TN renewal has to be going through a LAWYER??? Or I can do by myself???
I don't want to spend this anymore.
Somebody knows, please advise.
