TN renewal after filing I-485 w I-765

I'm about to submit I-485 with I-765 & I-131, but my TN expires in October 2022. That's in 6 months. I'm guessing that's not enough time to get my EAD card. Processing times vary quite a lot and if I take the upper bound it could be 14.5 months in California Service Center, since thats where my I-130 is. So should I hold off filing AOS and renew my TN first? Will I be able to renew my TN with a pending I-485? My guess is no since I-485 is a strong indication of dual intent.
I'm filing I-485 under F2A and lucky for me the Visa Bulletin says "current". I really dont want to miss out on concurrent filing while I-130 is pending but it looks like the timing could be the issue here.
Any advise is highly appreciated.
 
You will not be able to renew your TN once I-485 is filed. Period. So either renew the TN by premium processing today, or take your chances that your EAD comes in before expiry in six months.

Not much else to decide.
 
You are allowed to send I-129 renewal six months early. Review the instructions on I-129.
