TN Letter

Who the TN letter should be addressed to?

1. INS
2. USCIS or
3. Homeland Security?

INS doesn't exist.

If you are going to border, use Customs and Border Patrol, if mailing I-129 use CIS.

But a general 'to whom it may concern' will suffice.

I am going to the POE (peace bridge) and the letter is addressing to:

"Customs and Border Patrol officer"
