TN for Electrical and Electronics Engineering from India

Hi,

I am graduated from India with background as Electrical and Electronics Engineering(EEE) in my bachelors degree and working as .Net developer from 12+ years.

Wanted to confirm if my background is good for TN position

Yes - "Engineer" position is ok as long as your degree evaluation is done (and has no issues).
Once your degree is ok for a particular (e.g. Engineer) position, your work experience does not matter - in fact your ".NET" experience is not related to your degree.
 
Of course your degree needs to be evaluated as equivalent to a US bach degree in engineering. That would be the only category you would be eligible in . Experience doesn't count under the Engineering category.
