I am about to send my first TN extension and found that I need to send it to California, NOT VSC. It is depending on where you are. For example, I am in WA State and I need to send it to California. If you are in New Jersey, then you need to send it to VSC. This is effective from Apr 2., 2007 according to the new addressing rule.

I live in Pennsylvania. I sent my I-129 a few weeks ago to Vermont as per the I-129 Instructions.
Oops!, I missed the bottom part. Our HR just sent it to California center by Fedex. I had it brought back. This is my first TN and I and our company haven't got any experience on this.
