TN Engineer Requirement

Question please ?

Does the Appendix D category of “Engineer” remains the same for both Engineer or Manager Working in same functional area, For example

In past person applied for a TN for a Process Engineer position in “Engineer” category. The requirement for the position was Bachelor degree in Engineering

Now he got offer of Process Manager (Same function but senior position) , and requirement for this position is again the same Bachelors degree in Engineering.

so in a TN letter just the title of position will be changed to Process Manager rest everything will remain the same except some additional duties

Am I right ?
 
The requirements are the same however be careful that such position is viewed as one in which you manage or supervise people. This is generally forbidden on TN.

No one offers template letters for the very good reason that CBP officers would quickly spot them and immediately reject such applications.

Offer letters / Letters of Support must necessarily be specific to the applicant, the employer, and the employment offer.

The easiest path in your case is to keep your old title (or perhaps "Senior Process Engineer").
