TN and TD Renewal process by mail

My TN and TD for dependents going to expire in April ,2014.

I am planing to rewnew by mail.
I heared TN can be renew before 6 months, Is that true ?
I want to know list of documents,forms and fees need for TN and TD visa renewal.
What form needs to be filled up and which office should I send application.

Please guide me.

For TN
1. I-129 for TN holder
2. Trade Agreement- Supplement to form I-129
3. Copy of passport photo
4 Copy of TN I-94
5. Original letter from employer for TN extension
6. Last three pay stubs
7. Copies of education evaluation
8. Copies of bachelor degree and statement of marks
9. Copies of masters and statement of marks
10. Copies of experience letters and/or offer letters
11. Fee: Check $325

For TD
1. Copy of employer TN letter
2. Form I-539
3. Copy of your TN I-94
6. Copy of marriage certificate
7. Copy of spouse passport photo
8. Copy of spouse I-94
9. Copy of child birth certificate
10. Copy of child passport photo
11. Copy of chileTD visa
13. Fee: Check $290 (please check its for spouse and one child)

And send them to either virginia or california depending where do you live.

For TD
1. Copy of employer TN letter- not needed, copy of I-129 submission is all, letter means nothing
2. Form I-539
3. Copy of your TN I-94
6. Copy of marriage certificate
7. Copy of spouse passport photo
8. Copy of spouse I-94
9. Copy of child birth certificate
10. Copy of child passport photo
11. Copy of TD visa- not needed - do need child's I-94

13. Fee: Check $290 (please check its for spouse and one child)
 
Good job,I appreciate your work because i have the same problem,but your post solve my problem.Thanks for sharing information,your information increase my knowledge.
 
My current employer's lawyer is telling me to fly for TN, employer is also adamant so no chance getting I-129 signed by them. Once I get TN will send I-539 by mail for TD.

As I will not have I-129 in this case, do I need to send Copy of TN letter?

Since you will have the I-94 for TN, all you need from the above list is - ASSUMING TD is still current:
