If I were to change my employer after 180 days, then what happens in case I have a different job roles and titles...who has the authority to give the letter in case of an RFE? Manager, HR or attorney of the new company?
a letter from manager might be suffice. But beware that in a "big" company most of the letters for immigration processing (incl h1) goes from HR. find out who talks to BCIS (formerly INS) and get the letter from that person..
