Timeline for I-130 After Approval

I have received approval of form I-130 for my brother and sisters after 1 month of applying! I am glad that it went so fast. my cases are now in NVC center. I wanted to know how many years should i wait for their visa No to become available and what should i do know?
do i need to contact NVC or not?

You got a receipt or an approval notice?
Regardless, you are looking at 12-15 years before they get their GCs.

I have got the approval notice. I don't know how it happened ,I even called to make sure that is correct.my cases are in the NVC now!
I thought it might help the process to be done faster.
