one last question (maybe)if i get denied at the buffalo border, can i go to the fort erie border (which is 30 mins away by car) a couple days later and apply again or once you are denied it goes in a database and no more chances?
POE shopping is NEVER a good idea. If CBP catch on that you have been travelling the countryside looking for a friendly officer they will permanently mark your file as having been denied entry at some point. Then every time you cross, regardless of the reason you will get flagged for special consideration.
When a problem in your petition is identified (and you need to ask to get clear reason), FIX THE PROBLEM, and go back to the same POE, even the same officer.
If the problem was a personal conflict, ask for their supervisor. If what they are denying you is illegitimate, you should get a lawyer.
