Time it takes for visa approval after query is answered

my reciept date for my H1B visa is may 10 2006
recieved a query on aug 30 but the lawyer got the full details few days back.
They want colored photocopy of my educational certificates and experience letter and some information for the company
How long does it take for them to approve after the query has been answered?

How long does it take for them to approve after the query has been answered? If everything OK, less than 60 days , because your paper is already under scrutiny by US CIS.

i also have the same case.
my reciept date for my H1B visa is june 5 2006
and i recieved a query on september 16 and my lawyer got the full detailsof what all additional material is needed. so, i want to know:
1.how much time i will be given to send the papers to uscis. if in case the paPers don't reach them on time, will it cancel my H1B.

Hey all, when you get a query, does your online status change to "RFE issued" or something which says that a query has been issued? Or is it the regular :

We received your 129 on such and such date. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

Also OP: According to latest processing times report, you need to start counting the processing date from the day they receive the response to the query/evidence.
