and I have posted this in another thread. The call was not at all useful. When Sept RD's were starting to get approved, I was feeling sorry for all the Aug waiters and I am exactly in the same boat today when I see Oct getting approved. I feel happy for them but this is not at all fair from the INS part.

when people say,

Spoke to IIO yesterday - Case not yet assigned to Officer. They are processing sept 15th case. It will tale 45-60 days for approval.

Lets hope for the best. Comming on bench this month end.
