Hi guys,

I am started this thread who got clear I-140 in 2005.
Who are waiting for I-485, please post the datails about applying dates and approving dates, so we can guess about I-485.

I-140/I-485: 09/10/2004
FP AD:11/03/2004
EAD: 11/10/2004
I-140 AD: 04/20/2005 :)
I-485: ???

Did anybody of you recieved any email from FBI saying that FP is cleared send to USCIS ?

my friend he submitted 140/485 3 months behind me ,he has recieved approvel 485 and 140 from NSC.

Here are my details.

CSC is currently processing Dec 16th applications (I-485). By the way could anyone tell me if my case is considered concurrent/semiconcurrent or non-concurrent? If my name check process starts now when can I hope to get my 485 approved? How do I even know if the CSC initiated name check right away or wait until they reach my RD?

All answers will be appreciated.

140 and 485 concurrently filed in July 2004 at NSC

When will 485 be approved, No idea???

I thought it should have been approved with 140 as they were filed together and I am not from China/India so I don't have to wait for PD to become current.

Any body any guess?

How can I find out if USCIS has asked for my Name Check ? If USCIS has asked, then How can I find out from FBI, the status of my name check ?

Any idea which case NSC is working on right now for I-485 EB2 ? Are they goin by PD or RD ?
