anyone opted for AC21

From this list of ppl who got 140s cleared recently did anyone opt for AC21.

I am considering this option. Is this recommended?

Since EB2 and EB3 are retrogressed to unexpcted dates (stone age :(), me also thinking about this option, especially with my lazy, crocked Employer.

I am going to start a new thread for this "AC21 option with new Retrogression"

Any update on this....should have got approved by now mine is of the same dates I-485 RFE received on 09/19/2005 waiting for good news

I have Received a BioMetrics Notice last week. It says on the code box 3. Please let me know what does this BioMetrics and Code mean
 
Just got a RFE for my 140. I am hoping its for a minor issue. Lawyer has yet to receive the mail. Got an email from USCIS about it.

EAD/AP Filed with e-filing (Nov 14 2005)
EAD/AP RD (Nov 15 2005)

How long it will take for the I-485 approval if my PD is April 2001 ? Any idea ?
