Nothing to lose

Seems like the DV entry was missing an information.

Some people marry and get divorced and remarry, it that's the case then you are fine.

Consult a lawyer ASAP and then correct the entry ASAP with KCC.

Just dont lie about it otherwise you will be losing your DV AND risk being barred from travelling to the US.

So if you divorced, what happens to your children? Are they no longer your children?

Sadly enough that is why so many 1 parent families are having so much trouble...one just leaves and doesn't care about any one else other than him/her self!
