The time of visa issuance

Could anybody tell me howmany days after Visa interview the Visa will be issued in case of DV Lottery? I heard after two days it will be ready. please let me know if it's true.

It depends on your nationality. For some countries that require a FBI check, it tooks longer time, from 2 weeks to 6 months!!!!

any country with nuclear, biological or chemical weapons - you are pretty much guaranteed an FBI check. Terrorist activities? the same.
