The fact sheet: another interpretation

If you read this so called fact sheet very carefully, you may have the following interpretation: Do not go to your home country while your asylum case is pending. This action will always haunt you even if you get your green card. The document clearly does not say that you cannt visit your home country after having a green card. It clearly says that you cannot visit home country if your case is pending because there may be grave consequences even if you were successful in getting your green card. Is it far fetched on my part?

Doesnt make sense, if your asylum application is pending and you do go back to your COP, (1.) You may be denied entry in the US, b/c there is no RTD or advance parolee benefits while ur case is pending (2.) If somehow you get entry into the country again, your asylum application will not be granted, the officer or judge most likely denied the case since there is concrete evidence that the case may be fraudulent.

The Fact Sheet clearly says, asylees and PR that obtained such status thru asylum.
